Railbikes along Pudding Creek

Overview
Pedaling along our historic tracks, bathed in dappled sunlight and a light breeze, you’ll experience a new freedom on the rails, unlike anything else. Without the need to steer, you’re unbound, able to look around at the wonder of this untouched stretch of the natural world, spotting blue herons, osprey, an occasional lounging turtle, perhaps a playful river otter, a deer munching on the foliage, and during peak berry season maybe even a bear.

It was not long enough/ 5.5 miles to a nice pavilion they have made. It was perfect for 2 not so spring chicks. Cost was pricey but, I was splurging cause I really wanted to try it. You can walk path along side of the rails, so if its a money issue, just walk it.

A morning ride through the redwoods. Could not be better! Electric assist rail cars are very nice and easy to work with. The tour guides were fun to listen to and had interesting stories. We even got to take the dogs! The only reason I’m not rating this with 5 is that it’s not long enough. 😀 ok I changed it to 5 stars!

Absolutely beautiful way to spend a few hours. Loved riding through the redwoods and our quick hike through the forest. It's a very well-run activity, but a bit pricy given how short the overall experience is.
