Overview

Come on a guided adventure with lots of good times and breath taking scenery. Edisto Island is one of the last few untamed places of South Carolina. Not many people are familiar with it's vast unexplored rivers and tributaries and the overabundance of strong fisheries. Few people realize the rich history of this quite little island as well. These two things combined are what makes Captain Justin Ravenel tick. He grew up spending every second of his free time getting to know the secrets of the island and he like's nothing more than to share them with you. The only thing Justin enjoys more than putting you on fish is spending time with his twin baby girls and his AMAZING wife!

Had an amazing time on the water with Justin. Caught fish within minutes of setting up at both locations he took us to. Saw plenty of wildlife including dolphin's and gators which added to the trip. Justin is a great guide with lots of energy and enthusiasm for what he loves to do and was very knowledgeable about the environment and willing to share information on what made for a successful spot. Will definitely go out with him next time we're back.

I called Captain Justin at Ravenel Fishing Charters last minute hoping to get a trip in that same week. He was able to fit us in Friday evening. 3 generations on the boat me, my son in law land my grandson (Abe). Abe says I hope I catch a shark! We’ll be caught a few of them along with a sand ray. It was a windy day and not the best conditions but Justin put us on fish. He taught us a few things and best of all he made my grandson’s day and that’s all I need. Had a great time on a morning fish with Cap'n Justin. He was easy going and knowledgeable of the area and a great guide. He kept us busy with hits from redfish, striped bass and sharks. A great time reelin' em in!
