Debbie did a great job leading the tour, with an assist from her husband Dave. It ran almost 3 hours. She presented an interesting history of Lancaster and various important buildings, starting with the central market where the tour began. There was a wide variety of food tastings - sweet bologna with 5 year aged cheddar, soft pretzel, chocolate caramel, whoopee pie, hot or cold tea or coffee, cold rolled ice cream, empanada, two plantain dishes, fried chicken with optional hot sauce, olive oil and vinegar tasting. On your way out of town, stop at Lancaster Brewing for a few cans to go.
