See the city’s exciting resurgence on a fun food tour with tastings at several of the city’s best foodie hotspots. We’ll sample some of Buffalo's hidden gems, including a worker-owned bakery and an international market run by refugees.
We’ll start the tour with chaga coffee at Public Espresso, a coffee harvested by the workers at the shop, located in Buffalo’s historic Hotel Lafayette. Continue the ride to Breadhive for some of their long-ferment sourdough pretzels and dip.
Visit the Westside Bazaar for the main course, where we’ll be visited by several small business owners who will share their personal stories of immigration and international food samples. The tour concludes with dessert at Blue Table Chocolates or Foibles for something sweet.
We’ll also learn about grassroots activism and immigrant organizing efforts – providing an authentic, unique, and delicious way to experience the city.
