This trip would have been great had we not been stuck in the back of the bus. Unless we actually stopped it was difficult to see anything. We spent a lot of money to look at the back of the seat in front of us or turning our heads side to side to miss what was just pointed out.. For lunch we had the chicken thigh which was over cooked and dry. Our driver was informative along the way but I can tell you about his entire family.. we stopped at a few places but didn’t have the time to explore the site as we had limited time before we had to get back on the bus. We would of seen more had we driven ourselves. This is my 2nd bus trip and I will never do another…. I do not recommend this trip….

Aloha, I apologize that you were disappointed in your tour. Your guide was one of our most experienced and positively reviewed guides. Yes, most of our guides enjoy sharing stories about their family, and lives growing up on Maui, as well as sharing information and history about the island. As it is a long day, 10-12hrs, we do encourage everyone to enjoy the stops along the way in a manner that will allow them to see the most of this beautiful road. Our seating is designed for everyone to enjoy the same view out of our oversized windows, however we do apologize if you did not find that be satisfactory, and thank you for the feedback on the lunch, as we had not heard that before, I will follow up. This day was a top ten day! Our amazing guide Yvonne brought so much knowledge, history, excitement and love for her state with her on this tour. It was a very long tour but went by so quickly due to our guide. The food was outstanding and the scenery and beaches were unreal. Seeing the seal just lounging by us on the black beach was a once in a lifetime. The van was very comfortable and clean- with great air conditioning. Yvonne made the day! We will definitely use this company for any future needs if they are an option.
