the entire trip is you sit in the car, go to toilet and sit and then go to toilet again. the only real sightseeing is the Sprague lake, other than that it's just sitting in the car. the tour guide driver is not professional. she lost van key once. she made zero efforts to find the late guests and just let all others wait and wait. Rocky Mountain is worth visiting. just don't go with this tour agency, its a huge waste of your time and opportunity

Hello Cynthia, I am sorry that your tour did not align with our 5 star tour standards. We do design our tour of Rocky Mountain National Park to have several scenic stops and walks within the park as well as stops for wildlife viewing. The park is located 1.5 hours from Denver so we do make a restroom stop along the way since it is morning and most guests have had coffee or tea to start their day and need it. We are considered to be active sightseeing due to the number of walks on our tours and the fact that we don't just drive past. We take a walk on a trail to the alluvial fan waterfall, around the trail at Sprague or Bear Lake, a short overlook walk at Many Parks Curve, and another at the guides discretion in one of the meadows and you have time to explore Estes Park on your own. One of the side effects of traveling so high up in elevation is that your body produces more urine, plus we encourage our guests to drink water and stay hydrated to adjust to the elevation better. Due to this our guides are great a letting guest know where the restrooms are at the few stops that have one so they can take advantage if necessary. All our guides have been with us for at least 1 to 3 years and are all professional licensed guides and regulated through the federal government. All our guides carry a spare key as well so hopefully if one was misplaced it did not delay the tour. As far as late guests in a National Park with no cellphone service a guide is limited and it is not our policy to leave without them. I am sorry for your experience and hope you were able to enjoy the beauty of the National Park and Estes Park.
