What To Expect

Sacramento

Meet your guide at Rick's Dessert Diner (a great place to stop for a treat after the tour). Take in the street art as you wind through Midtown led by your guide, an art ambassador, who will point out the murals and provide some background information on the artists as other points of interest. The walking tour will be approximately 3 miles completely on flat,level ground either pavement or concrete.

Very interesting tour of Sacramento murals and we really enjoyed learning about the background of Wide Open Walls mural festivals! Marcy is a wonderful tour guide and we really appreciated her knowledge of the art. It made for a terrific day exploring Sacramento that we ended with an early dinner at Iron Horse Tavern and Device Brewery. Strongly recommend all!

It was a great walking tour with Marcy. Saw a bunch of murals, the old gov mansion, the cool elks building, the capital , serial killer lady house etc. A lot of cool stuff in downtown sactown!
