We had a day tour with Roger. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Perfect for families interested in the history of Salem and the witch trials.

My tour was cancelled because it was a very hot day. Understandable but I wish I was notified before checking in a hour before my tour was to begin. Also I have not received a credit for my ticket.

Hello, we are very sorry that your tour was cancelled. We have double checked and you should receive a refund soon, if not already. The extremely high temperature coupled with the mandatory mask requirement in downtown Salem made us think that this tour might be too difficult for most guests. Safety is our priority, especially in this difficult time. In this case our cancellation was a day-of decision, however, in the future we will make a stronger effort to notify guests earlier. Thank you for your feedback. If you are ever back in Salem, we hope that you will take us up on our offer for a free tour in the future.
