Unlike any walking tour in Salem, the Forest Lore Tour takes you outside the heart of downtown and into one of the few remaining wild places in the area, where you learn from a practicing Witch, what it means to experience real magic, why nature is so important, and how to incorporate ancient knowledge into modern life.

Wear your hiking boots and bring your curiosity! This is a one-mile, guided hike that takes to you the crossroads of science, history, and philosophy in Salem Woods. Rain or shine, but we can't operate in snow due to trail conditions.

This was such a fun tour! The owner/ guide was very witty and informative. The Salem Woods were lovely with great vibes and nice views. She gave us all a crystal to “forest bathe” on our walk and gave some great info on local mushrooms, “witches” of modern day and olden days and interesting happenings in the woods. A must!

I took this tour over a very busy weekend in Salem and it was nice to be able to get away from the crowds of the town, and be able to get some quiet in the woods! Eunie was so informative and really has a wealth of knowledge to share. I would caution anyone with limited mobility to be mindful of taking this tour, as paths are uneven and can be quite narrow at times.

This was a wonderful tour! It was a nice change to walk through the Salem woods after all the hustle and bustle of downtown. The Mushroom Witch 🍄🧙🏻‍♀️ is very knowledgeable about various plants native to the area and a captivating speaker. She keeps her audience engaged. This was my favorite tour during my time visiting Salem and I highly recommend it.
