The tour guide was good and content was entertaining but this tour needs some improvements. For one, the tour group was way too large. I stopped counting at 50. That is too many people. You either can’t hear what the guide is saying because you’re so far away or you’re waiting for half the group to catch up at each stop on the tour. It would also be helpful if the guide held something in the air to help make her more visible. She had a lantern but I couldn’t see that and had to rely on the vantage points of my much taller husband (who also had some difficulty spotting her given the sheer number of people on the streets).

Hi TCol! Thank you so much for the feedback. October is definitely our busiest season of the year, so those suggestions will definitely help us improve for future tours. We apologize that you didn't get the full experience because of the number of people and seeing the guide. We will pass along this feedback and hope that guests in the future can benefit from it.

Tour was great. Tour guide was very informative and a good story teller. Only bad thing was parade had just occurred so it was very loud in the first few spots we visited. Other than that we loved it!!

Thanks Matthew! We're glad you had a great time, and we're sorry about the timing of the parade. We appreciate the feedback and will try to plan for that for next year!
