The tour guide never showed; didnā€™t call to cancel ā€” when we called they acknowledged theyā€™d received the reservation 6 weeks earlier, and had confirmed it. They just said they werenā€™t doing the tour. Had no explanation. Told me they couldnā€™t do a refund ā€” Iā€™d have to go to Viator and request a refund.

We booked this tour in February for yesterday afternoon. We were supposed to be picked up at 1:30. When no one had shown up by 1:40, we called and weā€™re informed that there was no tour, though they did acknowledge we had scheduled it and paid for it. When we asked them to put through a credit to the credit card company the said no, weā€™d have to deal with that. This created a major inconvenience to us.

It was a wonderful tour. Picked us up at our downtown hotel which was great. Perry was a very knowledgeable guide, who loved the Churches along with their history. So many little important facts learned at each stop.
