Worst Customer Servide Ever! Infact, there is no service once you become their customer. I have taken several tours in other cities and this is by far the worst that i have experienced. They really need to hire people who answer their phones and are responsive and helpful. Not someone who forget their customers once the tickets are bought. When i first visited their office near the Alamo they were very eager and that is how they got my business. But the very next day when i visited them again, the same person didnt even make eye contact. I believe since i had already bought their tour, she(short hair with glasses) was no longer interested in helping me anymore. During the tour, i got lost and tried calling them multiple times and not once did they answer. I then met an elderly couple who were lost as well and they were trying to contact them as well. And when i told them that no one was picking the phone they echoed my sentiments. They are absolutely not helpful once you buy their tours. I would give them zero stars if i could. I agree with the below reviewer 'WORST BUS TOUR EVER'!!!

The bus driver was terrible, racist, rude, and dangerous. He almost injured my 83 y/o mother as she was getting off the bus. Our group of 10 had to get off early as we could not stand another minute of this blithering fool.
