No clear instructions on what hours they were open to redeem tickets for hop on/off tour. We went on Sunday and office was closed. No offer to refund unused day. I thought it would have unlimited boat rides with the 3 day package. This ended up not being the case. Was only offered 1 boat ride. If we wanted another boat ride, it was going to be an additional 14 dollars each. I have already spent 160.00 for a 72 hr tour. Definitely not worth the money and would NOT book again. Very disappointed

Loved our morning seeing San Antonio by bus with very informative and sometimes funny commentary by JP. Really a great way to see the city and get to know about it as well. Bus was very clean and AC was A+ which pleased my husband greatly 👍. We went two rounds today and look forward to seeing more tomorrow 😉
