Getting our tickets was fast and staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The bus drivers were nice and informative.

The tower had no one speaking and the young girls below seemed to know nothing and kinda avoid us. The boat trip was tooo long and too much info .. the bus ride with all the detours was a mess( not your fault)and didn’t stop next to the dialogue. The female voice was clear but the man’s voice was hard to understand with the bus sounds.
