It is very confusing as to how and where to pick up the tickets. Don't understsnd why you can't just send the tickets to the customer's phone instead of having them have to go by the Alamo to get them. Also, the buses could be cleaner. Finally, the riverboat tour was fine as far as it went but when we were here before, the tour went all over the Riverwalk, not just one little loop. This tour needs to be expanded. Also, the water taxis need to be brought back. Otherwise, it was ok.

The place was really clean and the kitchen was set with everything I needed. The only draw backs are the fact that there are no carts for your luggage and that you have to go all the way around the building from the garage to get to your unit. Another plus is that you can jump on the river walk from the building! Overall a great experience, but it would be nice to invest in a cart considering the distance from the garage to the unit.
