Over the course of our stay we became very familiar with the city thanks in large part by taking the river tour, the hop on hop off bus and going to the top of the tower. If you are staying at one of the many hotels on the riverwalk, it becomes your natural path around the downtown especially during the hot days and at nighttime. Boat guides are very informative. The bus was okay in that it covered a lot of the city and eliminated the need for a car. Public transport in the city is extensive, reasonably priced and you can take the number 5 bus from the airport to downtown in 30 minutes. Tower was great with extensive history in pictures and a very good 4D movie on Texas.

Enjoyed our bus driver forgot his name but he was very informative funny definitely advise riding the entire route then choosing where u wanna go we had the 72 hr on n off it was well worth it

Our favorite family activity of our trip :) Great and knowledgeable cruise director with fun facts and fun scenery. We knew just where we wanted to go back to after the cruise. A must do when in San Antonio!
