I was new to the city and so excited to go on a tour. I booked with this company and was canceled on twice. The best thing to do is read the reviews of people who had bad experiences. It sheds more light on the integrity of the company.
After the second time she canceled, I wasn't going to risk a 3rd time, so I asked for a full refund. After I informed her of how disappointed I was that she cancelled twice, she became mean and rude and blocked me.
I would recommend the hop on hop off tours. It's half the price and you go to more stops. You can ride as many times as you want per day. I was glad this company canceled because I got an even better deal.
And after viewing her rude responses to other unhappy customers online is a terrible look for the company.

I’m sorry you couldn’t go on the tour. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough people to operate the tour, and tried to reschedule you, but unfortunately it couldn’t work out. We were communicating with you the whole time, and never we were rude, or mean, and we definitely did not blocked you! We have screen shots of the entire conversation.
We were keeping you updated at every single step, and we’re trying to accommodate you. I understand you were disappointed and I really wish we could have take you on the tour, but we did everything to keep you informed and letting you know what was happening. Unfortunately sometimes there is situations that we can’t control, and we try to accommodate everyone.
