Our trips depart from Mission Bay, which requires only a short 10 minute journey access to the open ocean where whales and dolphins can be seen! The search for whales and other animals begins as soon as you depart the dock and our marine biologists are on the microphone explaining exactly what to expect and what you are seeing from the get go!

We showed up 35 minutes early. Asked the guy at the desk where we needed to go to check in and wait for our tour. He barely even looked up at us and pointed outside and said by the signs. We walked out there and waited only for no one else to show up. Around time to leave we asked him what was going on and he started arguing with us that he told us we had to check in there and then walk over to the black fence. At that same time our tour boat was already leaving. He didn’t apologize for the miscommunication and decided just to argue with us about it. We finally went with a different company down the pier and they were amazing. He told us he refunded our tour but it still hasn’t showed up.

Wonderful staff, nice boat and great experience!! We didn't see any whales but saw 2 amazing large pods of dolphins who were just as happy to see us as we were to see them. Highly recommend!
