Reservation through the website was simple. All information was there. People are helpful and friendly. We went to the wrong location. The rented bike was simply transported to us immediately. The quality of the bikes was surprisingly good. The tips given how and where (and where not) were very handy..

My husband and I, along with our mothers, visited Blazing Saddles near the Fisherman's Wharf to go on a self-guided tour of San Francisco. Originally, I was planning to only get the electric bikes for the moms, but my husband talked me into getting it for all of us - and I am definitely glad he did! The electric motor was well worth it going up the hills of San Francisco! We rode across the Golden Gate Bridge and back, and then by Ocean Beach, the Dutch-style windmills, and on to the Painted Ladies and the Mrs. Doubtfire house. I think at the end of the day we'd ridden around 30 miles and we had varying levels of physical fitness. This is definitely a great way to see the city, highly recommend!

Really easy to hire and the knowledgeable staff at Fisherman’s Wharf were very helpful and fun. The bikes are great for hire bikes - smooth breaks, reasonable seats. Whilst we didn’t need it, there seemed a good back up mechanism if needed. Just be careful re ferry times as it took longer to get to Sausolido than we had thought and so we had to catch the ferry from there rather than Tiburon. A great day and thoroughly recommended!
