Driver of the bus was great but I wasn’t impressed by the tour the tour has to add some great points for the visitors

Simply put, we were abandoned. We we enjoying the trip and got off at Union Square to do some shopping. It was 2:45pm when we got off (you’ll see why this is important in a minute, dear reader). We returned to the stop at 3:30pm which was very much inside the “one hour to one hour and 15 minute” recommended window of time in order to “hop on” the next bus. Yet, the next bus never arrived. At 4pm we called to see when the next buss would be at Union Square. We were told the bus was up in Haight/Asbury and would be arriving at Union Square in 30 minutes. Not sure who was driving this bus because that leg of the trip should NOT take 30 minutes. Also, they advertise departures EVERY 20-30 MINUTES! At 4:35pm we called again and the call went straight to voicemail mail. Rinse and repeat at 4:45pm only this time the voice mailbox was "full" and we could not leave a message. At 5:00, the time for last call, we started our ascent of Nob Hill on foot. Meanwhile, we stopped counting the number of Big Bus tours busses that drove right by us when we got to 18. 0/10 would not recommend. 0/10 would not do it again. 0/10 am certainly NOT using the 2nd day pass. 10/10 am disputing the charge on my credit card

The first day was very informative. The second day after our golden gate Park drop off, we waited 45 mins before the next bus. We were there from 1:15 till 2pm. Also second day wasn't informative anymore as some tourist was asking a lot of directions and he got distracted.
