My wife was lied to by the sellers at Union Square saying that they are the same as Big Bus. Their buses are old dirty & drivers & tour guide just ask for tips at every stops instead of giving s tour. The wait fir the next bus was over an hour wasting our time in SF. The Night Tour was even worst for it’s just like a shuffle the Fisherman Wharf with no tour information. Stay away from the worst tour company we’ve ever been on. Make sure it’s really BiG Bus before you pay for the tickets . We threw away our tickets & never used it for the 2nd day.

We decided for the 48 hours ticket and were on 4 different busses - 3 during the days, 1 tour in the evening. We started the tour at Union Square, the staff over there was were nice and helpful. The tours are without headphones, they roll with a life guide. Majority of our experience was great, only one of the busses had no working speakers in the back on top of the bus so we couldn't understand too much. The waiting time varied due to traffic, but wasn't too bad. Our top favorite tour guide was Roy. He provided a lot of informations and we really enjoyed his entertaining personality. We definitely would do it again!
