These people are simply crooks. Terrible customer service. Go to a different rental company. Stay as far away as possible.

Me and my friends and family went on a side by siding trip, very easy with no problems renting. We also got an upgrade for free! It was great!

The friendliness and customer service here is fantastic! I had a special circumstance and they accomodated and we greatly appreciated it. Will definitely recommend and will go back the next time we have an opportunity in Utah.
