For those looking for a unique wine experience beyond the crowded commercial wineries and tasting rooms, this is your tour. Sustainable Wine Tours provides guests exclusive access to only Santa Barbara’s ultra small production private estates, vineyards and wineries not open to the general public.

SHARED/ GROUP WINE TOUR: Tour is small and personal with only a maximum of six to seven guests per tour in our luxury Mercedes Coach.

Taste premium wines and tour the vineyards and barrel rooms often with the owners and winemakers themselves.

driver very cordial & informative. Fantastic lunch, 1st winery picturesque & of course Beauitful tasing Wines.. & Great host. 2nd Winery Winemaker extremely knowledgable however just me personally I wasnt Wowed until the $150.00 bottle was tasted. 3rd Winery ...... Words can't describe how magnificent the Wines were !!!!! We are members & always will be... That said we will return because of the 3rd Winery. I have been to Napa countless times& further North, Paso Robles which has Very Good wines, Caymus,Stags Leap, Silver Oak but I fell in Love with the wines at our last Stop!!! Winemaker is well versed & more than Pleasant

My husband and I had a wonderful time! Frances our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. The locations we visited were wonderful and the wine was superb. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys wine and the company of others!

We had a great experience from start to finish with this tour group and took a little bit of Santa Barbara home with us. Our tour guide picked us up at our hotel and was extremely knowledgeable about all things wine related as well as the history of Santa Barbara wine country. We went to three private locations and each was unique in their own little way. We can’t give specific names on the review but our favorite experience was the first vineyard that we visited. Learning about how our vineyard host got into wine making after coming from a very different background gave the entire experience a personal touch. We felt truly welcomed on their property and it was just a great way to start the day. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering visiting wine country in Santa Barbara. We would definitely go on this again to experience some of their other private connections.
