For those looking for a unique wine experience beyond the crowded commercial wineries and tasting rooms, this is your tour. Sustainable Wine Tours provides guests exclusive access to only Santa Barbara’s ultra small production private estates, vineyards and wineries not open to the general public.

SHARED/ GROUP WINE TOUR: Tour is small and personal with only a maximum of six to seven guests per tour in our luxury Mercedes Coach.

Taste premium wines and tour the vineyards and barrel rooms often with the owners and winemakers themselves.

Tour guide picked us up in a great van and was very fun and knowledgeable. We were 8 people in total. Visited absolutely beautiful vineyards that showed us first class hospitality. Apparent Sustainable Wine Tours has an excellent reputation with the local Vineyards. One of our favorite things we did while in the area.

We had such a wonderful time on our tour! Steven, our guide, was so knowledgeable about wine, the local region, & it’s growers. He was a great story teller as well! He even offered us all great suggestions on dinner options in Santa Barbara for after our tour. All of the locations we visited were unique as well as exclusive. I learned A LOT about what makes a great wine great. This is by far the GREATEST tour I’ve ever done! It beats out the Napa tours & the Lodi tours I’ve done. I will DEFINITELY do this again with my husband next time (I went with my best friend on a “girls weekend”). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Steven was our Host/Driver for the day. He was tremendous as he transported us to the Santa Barbara wine country. Steven’s knowledge of the area, wineries and wine varietals were very impressive. We were able to walk among the grape vines, while being educated about the vineyards and wine growing process. The 3 tasting venues we experienced were all unique to the wine they craft. Beautiful views, welcoming owners and amazing wines. The properties we visited were all small production wineries, and the quality of the wines were outstanding We were even lucky enough to witness a rocket launch from the nearby AFB. This is the best way to visit and taste in the Santa Barbara area and we can’t wait until we return. Leave the driving and worries to Sustainable Wine Tours and enjoy the experience.
