Get ready to be greeted by a fantastic staff, sit down in a comfy air-conditioned theater, and get ready for a night of stellar comedy. Front Porch Improv puts on award-winning improv comedy shows in Savannah, GA with a cast of talented performers.

Created by four former New Yorkers living in Savannah, our cast has performed around the country (Chicago Improv Festival, New York SketchFest, and the DC Comedy Festival to name a few). Our actors include graduates of the Upright Citizens Brigade (NYC), People's Improv Theatre (NYC), iO (Chicago), The Groundlings (LA), and Theatre 99 (Charleston)--plus some exceedingly attractive homegrown talent.

What To Expect

Front Porch Improv

Upon arriving at the theater, our box office team will warmly greet you, ensuring you quickly receive your tickets. Grab a drink or popcorn at the bar, where you can chat with our friendly staff and fellow theatergoers. As you settle into your seat, the lights will dim, setting the perfect mood for the show to begin and drawing you into an unforgettably fun experience. The show runs approximately 90 minutes and may include adult language. Award-winning performances! We were first-timers. We are fans of "Whose line is it anyway," so we had an idea of what it was going to be like. I liked the stage vs audience set-up. It was intimate but not crowded. I chose this over dueling pianos. Audio/lighting was good. I laughed so hard, my side ached. I thought the "forward and reverse" bit was one of the best and original. My other favorite was the "quotes pulled from the pocket." Have you ever done "scenes from a hat" or "only questions." The cast works well together. The cast was audience-friendly from before the show and following the show. That was nice. I'm glad that you had Sprite and popcorn. If you don't want us to use profanity in our reviews, I feel I can say that it is not necessary to use profanity in your skits. It could be even funnier thinking of ways to say something without using profanity.
