Bonaventure Cemetery is a 'must see' type of place....and to visit it at night is amazing. What a fantastic evening with our host, Shannon Scott, who regaled our group with facts and stories about the cemetery, the monuments and the social life of this beautiful city. Being a Savannah native I have seen and done most of the tours and visited the 'famous haunts'. This was an evening well spent hearing stories I had not heard before and learning many things about Bonaventure. Shannon has done a lot of research, it's evident he knows much about the stories and characters he brought to life in this fascinating walk through the ghostly trees of this hauntingly beautiful landmark. Not to be missed!!
