We enjoyed the food, the walk, and the history lesson. We are wandering across the country and back and fortunately found this tour. So glad we did.

Rachel was our guide - very good - fun, knowledgeable and approachable. Excellent job! The food was fantastic - we will remember the places she took us so we can return. We would have given it a 5 - however, the next day we went on a similar food tour in downtown Asheville, NC (Eating Asheville). We received quite a bit more to eat on that tour - Savannah's was "light" tasting. Yet, very good and fun.

My 1 star is for the simple reason that our guide didn’t show. We were 8 for a bachelorette party. We were early as instructed. By 5 after the designated hour we called the number in the email. We were told the guide was in an accident. They said they were looking for a substitute. 10 minutes later we called back and they said they could not find a substitute. Here is my 1 star reasoning. You had my phone number, USE IT! And I know they did because a I got several text messages asking for pictures and 1 specifically requesting this review. I love a food tour. I recommend them all the time. As a business practice in the era of social media, THIS COMPANY NEEDS BETTER COMMUNICATION PRACTICE!

Thank you for your feedback and utter lack of understanding and compassion when an accident occurs to one of our guides 10 minutes before they are to arrive at a tour location. We apologize that we were not able to predict the car accident. We apologize that our guide involved in that car accident spent the first 15 minutes following the accident checking on his and the passengers of the car's well-being instead of calling you. We apologize that we were unaware that your bachelorette party was clearly more important than the health and well-being of one of our guides. We hope you get the chance to enjoy deliciously fun food tours in other cities.
