The tour was very good. Big Scott knows his town very well. He seems very proud of Savannah and he knows where to go and what to do. Very friendly and entertaining. Highly recommend especially with Big Scott.

Tour guides were great. Tip, not much time between land and sea tours but you can get food and drinks on the boat

The 90 minute trolley tour was about 70 minutes and enjoyable. Then the bus driver stopped and asked who needed a ride because the tour was over. The advertising stated the tour stopped at river street, so we had parked there in advance. We walked to river street for the riverboat portion of the tour. We got in line and waited in line around 30 minutes. When we got to the front, we were turned away because it was the wrong ticket. We had to go to the ticket booth, which had another line, and swap our tickets. We got back in line for the riverboat after receiving the “correct” tickets. Then we were turned away again because the ticket booth had stamped my tickets for 1pm and it was a 3:30pm boat tour. Back to the ticket booth again!!!! We were dead last getting on the boat. There were no seats left with even a somewhat acceptable view, and all the while dragging a 6 month old and stroller around. There were no instructions on the website or email that we would have to exchange our tickets, and the ladies at the ticket booth kept saying our “third party” was suppose to tell us to exchange our ticket. This was a miserable experience. I would not recommend this tour, nor would I do this tour again. Firm no for me. Now I understand the frustrations the other reviewers had left.
