The foodie tour with Franny Russell was great. She was very informative and gave a rich background of Charleston’s food history. She is very passionate about Charleston’s food history and was also great company as a tour guide. The food was delicious and well worth the cost of the tour.

My husband and I are locals and actually won tickets for the Savor the Flavors tour through a school auction. We were SO impressed with the food choices (and quantity), AND our tour guide, Gordon! So informative, fun, and comfortable. We went on the Sat afternoon tour with three restaurant stops plus a dessert stop and a tea/spices stop. Got to try new restaurants that we hadn't been to on our own. We were beyond full by the end too! Would highly recommend this for anyone local OR visiting the area.

Thanks so much for the fantastic review! We always having locals on tour, especially when we get to share in history and food that they have yet to discover in the city. Gordon really is a terrific guide and we are glad to hear you enjoyed the time spent with him on the tour. Thanks again!

I really enjoyed our tour guide Gordon - he was very knowledgeable about Charleston history and we tried a lot of good food. My only feedback would be to change the first location. We went to Another Broken Egg Cafe - which had very good grits and fried green tomatoes - BUT there’s a location in Dallas. Seemed a little funny to be seeing the sights of Charleston at a spot I could go in my home city. Another guest on the tour said there’s also one in New York as well. That’s my feedback but overall nice tour
