Blake was so much fun! Really knowledgeable! Loved the Beignet! Stone grits yummy. The spice shop was phenomenal! And who doesn't love chocolate! It was pouring down rain 1/16/22, it could have been a disaster, but luckily we had Blake ! With his obvious love of food and information we had a blast! THANKS BLAKE!

As food tour veterans - touring all over Europe, Canada and the US - Savor the Flavors of Charleston was one of the best food tours we've been on. Bulldog Tours is a top notch, professional tour company but Blake really made the tour amazing. He is the real deal! He is a local as well as an accomplished home chef coupled with his knowledge of the history of Charleston and the Carolinas and the restaurant scene, we had a jam packed experience. And Blake is fun, personable, and accommodating as we traversed heavy rain the entire time on the tour. We sampled breakfast grits and a beignet, awesome spices and pimento cheese, Carolina gold rice and a fried green tomato, ham biscuit and sweet potato/pea pastry and hand decorated chocolate truffles and a macron. The food was great and we went home stuffed. The "foodiest" food tour we've been on recently! Thanks Blake for an awesome experience! The Lockwood's
