This was a GREAT tour…partly because of car tour guide Owen and boat tour guide Lauren…partly because of the terrific family that was on the tour with me…and partly because of the beauty of Austin. You HAVE to do this tour if in Austin. It’s really top-notch!

We had a private tour with Mike as we were the only 2 people booked on Sunday evening 7/30 and we had a terrific time. We felt like we saw all the key hotspots of Austin, with a few added extra's that were special to Mike which was so great for us Aussies to see. Unfortunately the boat tour was completely full as we booked this tour so last minute, but Mike was still able to take us to the Congress Ave bridge just in time to see the bats take flight. It was such a sight to see. Overall, highly recommend this tour if you're in Austin for a short amount of time. 10/10

This was not a great experience. The description was misleading. The “small group” only referred to the transportation to the boat cruise. It was cramped and we could have done that trip for far less money. Communication through Viator was terrible. I replied to an email about the wrong address (instructions were to reply to the email) with no response. I then sent 2 messages in the app with no response. Our driver was frustrated as he was given the wrong pick up address, we were frustrated as we were picked up 30 min late because of this issue. Seeing the bats was great but this tour was terrible.
