The entire experience was a 10 out of 10! We would have never seen as many wonderful parts of the city on our own. Owen was amazing. We will absolutely be back.

Mike was great. Was traveling for work with not much free time. We were all over the city before ending the evening with a bat cruise and drop off back at my hotel. He knows his stuff.

To say terrible is not even an adequate word. To say overpriced is also not adequate. Rip off is more accurate. Likely this review won't even get published because somehow this to her only has five star reviews. Unless everyone who took this tour was drunk or stoned there's no possible way anybody gave this a five star review. For starters, the luxurious tour bus was nothing more than a van with leather seats. The tour guide was almost 30 minutes late then after we were picked up, he informed us that he was going to circle back around and pick up the guests who had no show which made him late in the first place. Are you freaking kidding? After all that, we were taken on about a 20 minute tour of Austin which was well interesting not really worth the money. I would have paid $20 bucks gladly but not $95!! The luxurious tour concluded by swinging through the local rundown Rat Hole of a gas station / liquor store for some "alcoholic drinks" ... As long as you don't mind $5 beers from a gas station you can get anything you want, oh yeah and you have to pay for it. Once we arrived at the riverfront, we were boarded a boat with about 50 to 100 other people. So much for a private luxury tour. Also, you will be able to see in my photos that had I purchased to the boat tour by itself the price was only $11. So that means we paid $84 for a half hour tour of Austin in a van that was not as nice as some Ubers. On the plus side, the boat was full of foreigners so if you want cultured experience I guess that's a plus. The sunset was pretty but that's about it. I'm literally writing this review as we're taking out and praying that they provide me a 100% refund. To say this trip is a ripoff is a complete understatement!!
