Scenic Horseback Adventure

Overview

Enjoy a 1 hr hour walking guided horseback ride with panoramic views of the Verde Valley. We are only 30 minutes from Sedona. This ride is tailored for nervous first timers, beginners, families and children. The ride takes you around the Texas Longhorn pen where you will get to see Brutus, the gentle giant as well as buffalo.. Enjoy views of the Verde Valley, Mingus Mountains and see as far as the San Fransico Peaks in Flagstaff. The old west feel of this location, the western facades, horses, chickens, goats and cows will make you want to trade your shiny shoes for an old pair of boots and your fancy car for a horse! Guest are also welcome to feed the barbado sheep, give the horses treats or take a selfie with the minis.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our horseback ride. The wrangler (Tomas) was super friendly and patient and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He answered our questions if we had any. The scenery was also beautiful. My Son did so well that they recommended an advanced ride. Which he actually did the following day and loved it! My daughter really loved holding the baby goats at the end of the ride. We would do it again!

I enjoy being on a horse. Nice quiet serene 1.5 hour ride. Not much change in the flora and fauna. Very, very well organized. John was a great guide and shared his knowledge of the area.

The horseback riding was incredible! The horses are very calm and friendly. We had never been in a horse before and these horses made it easy! Our guide Bruce was friendly nice and informative! I will definitely visit again!
