Scenic Horseback Adventure

Overview

Enjoy a 1 hr hour walking guided horseback ride with panoramic views of the Verde Valley. We are only 30 minutes from Sedona. This ride is tailored for nervous first timers, beginners, families and children. The ride takes you around the Texas Longhorn pen where you will get to see Brutus, the gentle giant as well as buffalo.. Enjoy views of the Verde Valley, Mingus Mountains and see as far as the San Fransico Peaks in Flagstaff. The old west feel of this location, the western facades, horses, chickens, goats and cows will make you want to trade your shiny shoes for an old pair of boots and your fancy car for a horse! Guest are also welcome to feed the barbado sheep, give the horses treats or take a selfie with the minis.

We had the absolute best time on this horse trail. Kevin had us laughing the entire time, and really made us feel comfortable and safe. My 9 year old daughter lead our group with Kevin and she said she wishes we could go back every day. Cannot recommend this experience highly enough - absolutely the highlight of our Sedona trip.

We had a wonderful ride. We learned about the area including the African Safari group next to the ranch. The animals are well taken care of. Most of them being rescued. The staff was very friendly and informative.

Enjoyed a leisurely horseback ride around the farm. The guides were extremely nice and welcoming. Fun seeing all the animals and petting some. The animals definitely have a personality of their own.
