Scenic Horseback Adventure

Overview

Enjoy a 1 hr hour walking guided horseback ride with panoramic views of the Verde Valley. We are only 30 minutes from Sedona. This ride is tailored for nervous first timers, beginners, families and children. The ride takes you around the Texas Longhorn pen where you will get to see Brutus, the gentle giant as well as buffalo.. Enjoy views of the Verde Valley, Mingus Mountains and see as far as the San Fransico Peaks in Flagstaff. The old west feel of this location, the western facades, horses, chickens, goats and cows will make you want to trade your shiny shoes for an old pair of boots and your fancy car for a horse! Guest are also welcome to feed the barbado sheep, give the horses treats or take a selfie with the minis.

The horseback tour was pretty cool. Feeding the animals was pretty fun as well. It was a fun, relaxing experience.

From the colorfully named ranch manager to the nice young guide and all the cool goats and pigs and rescue horses on this working ranch, this was a great experience. Son, granddaughter and I went out on a one hour guided ride around the ranch. The horses were easy to ride and we all really enjoyed it. All the of us loved two of the super friendly goats, Jilly and Sunshine, they were all about the pets.

Great experience for my wife and I, neither of which had ever been on a horse. The ride length was perfect and it was great hearing that all horses were rescues. Keep doing what you are doing!
