Secret Falls Kayak Hike in Kauai

Overview
Contrary to the name "Secret Falls" Uluwehi Falls has become the most popular waterfall destinations on Kauai. The paddle and hike will take some physical effort but we make everything else easy. We will provide the best hassle-free service on the river, No having to car top a bulky rental kayak and hunt for parking at the State Park. All you have to do is show up at our exclusive location and it's fun time! Our guides will setup all your equipment and will stay with you every step of the way. Adventure seekers should be comfortable in the water and should expect a 4-mile round trip paddle and a moderate 2-mile hike to the waterfall.

Great experience! We enjoyed our time kayaking and hiking. The hike does require wading across rivers, so be prepared for your feet and legs to get drenched. Itā€™s also a bit rocky in spots, so water shoes are probably not a good idea. We wore sandals with straps on them and they worked great! Nice waterfall at the end, and you can swim under it if you wish to.

Our family of 6 had a fabulous time with our guide Kai. The trip itself is gorgeous but Kai made the trip even more awesome. He knew everything about Kauai history, customs, wildlife, plants, best places to eat, making the trip more special. The kayaking is a bit challenging on the way back due to headwinds but totally doable. The hike to the waterfall is easy. Our 16, 13, 10 and 7 year olds had no issues but definitely needed to have the younger two grouped with a stronger kayaking parent. Highly recommend!

Very fun. We had Duane as our tour guide and he was very informative on the kayaks and during the hike! He played the ukulele almost the whole time We loved it!
