Escape the crowds and snap stunning photos on an unforgettable Photo Trek! Head off the beaten track today to see the coastal sights of Juneau on a unique type of personal scooter - a Segway. You'll hit the road and the beach on this fun, 3 hour tour.

As you set out, you will immediately encounter views of the majestic Mendenhall Glacier. Cruise the coastline and make several stops for photos while you take in the pristine waters of Lynn Canal, part of the Inside Passage.

Because you are on a Segway, you will have the opportunity to intimately interact with nature. Listen for eagle calls in flight, the waves lapping the shoreline, and maybe even spy the occasional breaching humpback whale.

Then hop off your Segway and walk a short 7 minute trail to a secluded beach to enjoy locally sourced refreshments. Immerse yourself in the Tongass National Forest, a temperate rain forest and the largest National Forest in the US.

Great tour, I really enjoyed it! Our guide had an easygoing and patient personality. We saw some great scenery, and he showed us some interesting stuff in the rainforest area. The Segway was easier than I expected and fun to do. Thumbs up, glad I went! I would definitely recommend!

Just about anyone can ride a Segway with a little coaching and some understanding of DO’s and DONT’S. We all at the Segway Alaska Team love riding and invite people looking for something to do that is different and away from the crowds. Glad you had a good time. Thanks for your kind review.

Meki, our tour guide, made the trip wonderful! The afternoon trip we took was 52 and raining, but we had a blast! Meki was a great teacher on use of a Segway, shared interesting facts, and was just plain pleasant and professional. If we come back to Juneau, we will definitely do this again.

A little rain doesn’t hold back the adventuresome! I think it even ads a n element of mystery, as the clouds snake among the giant spruce and hemlock trees! Thanks for touring with Segway Alaska.

Meki and Ben were both very kind and did a great job making sure we were situated and comfortable on our segways. Loved the salmon dip treat at the end. If I changed anything it would be making the tour longer.
