Very unorganized. 1.) Parking 2 lane entry but 1 lane is taking up 1 booth but the 2nd lane is distributed to 3 booths. 2.) Entry well good luck you can be a good person and follow the rules and get frustrated as others will just go in front as no one is monitoring or directing lines, guards will let family w/ back to single no bag line or even the exit gate. 3.)Cabana after paying $200-400 (we paid & $399) they not only not give us the reserved location but no one is monitoring it, cabana beside us literally has 20 people adult n kids blocking our side. Anyone can just use the cabana sides like Cabana lazy River entrance and cabana guest pool only. Trying to find your cabana good luck finding it. 4.) Restroom ok and falling apart, brand new park w/ old reused restrooms 5.) Food we’ll theme park food nothing else to say

We were excited to go down to Sesame Place since our toddler LOVES Sesame Street. As other reviewers have mentioned, the "Sesame Street" portion is quite small and there are only a few toddler-friendly rides and attractions. Most of the park is a water park, and those attractions are not for smaller children. It was kind of cold when we went, so we did not get to try any of the aquatic activities. We enjoyed walking through "Sesame Street" and our little guy really enjoyed meeting and taking pictures with Elmo. We were able to see the parade while standing in line for a ride, so that was fun. The parade wasn't very long so we got to see a good bit of it. Overall it was a fun time, and we will probably come back because it's a theme park that is close by. Hopefully next time we can enjoy it more.

The food is extremely expensive, the place is crawling with thugs, that is why you'll see many security officers walking around. We witnessed two fights where security had to intervene. Plus as a parent I see people drop their kids off at the wave pool they are probably younger than 6 years old. Just walk away and leave sometimes for hours. Very little shade. The park nickel and dimes you for everything. Positive, we had fun and there were rides both water and sesame Street themed. There were meet and greet building with Elmo and Cookie monster but it was to sell a photo, instead of the characters walking around.
