This was our first trip to Colorado and I wanted to be able to get out of Denver with my 9 year old and see the mountains. This trip allowed us to do that. It was better than I expected. Christin was prepared and informative. We both learned more about the area and it's history than I expected. Originally I hesitated to sign up for the tour because I couldn't find any reviews of how children did on the tour. My 9 year old stayed engaged for the 5 hours (without ever requesting an electronic device ;) ). There is enough change in scenery, animal watching, exploring, etc to keep her entertained. The amount of walking wasn't too much either, and I could see younger children doing well with the tour. I would highly recommend this tour, and if we visit again I would sign up for another tour.

If you’re planning a trip to Denver, I would suggest leaving the driving to someone else. When you add car rental fees, hotel & city parking fees, you have spent a small fortune and you have the stress that all of that entails. The public transportation system in Denver is really great, and if you book the right hotel, you can use the free shuttle to get around, AND you can book a fabulous tour with the Colorado Sightseer folks! It was a super relaxing day full of beautiful scenery. Kristin, our tour guide, was very informative and attentive to our needs. Our family really enjoyed this tour and have already recommended this company to friends and family. If we return to Denver in the future, I would not hesitate to book another tour with them.

This tour is amazing if you want to see 3 major breathtaking Colorado sights on a budget, without a lot of hiking or having to spend the entire day on a tour. Getting a beer or coffee at the cute little town of Evergreen was also a nice stop. Our tour guide, Curt, was so friendly and knowledgeable, as well as very patient with wrangling our rag tag group of people throughout the tour. He made sure that we had enough time at each stop to take in the view and get a lot of photos. I highly recommend this one!!
