In Oceanside celebrating birthday. My wife scoped out area before I arrived- when eating lunch she noticed Adventures. Booked night before for the 10-12 excursion. Temperature is cool (low 60's high 50's) so dressed in shorts, a short sleeve shirt, a long sleeve shirt, and a jacket. Comfortable entire time. We experienced large pod of common dolphins. The company guys on the excursion were informative and polite. They were 9 people at this time which was GREAT! (There was a full trip lined up when we got back for the next excursion- not sure it would be as quiet and enjoyable as when we went). Sure- it would be better had we seen whales- but that is part of the beauty when you see "something"- I'm sure it doesn't happen everyday, And at this price a memorable gift!

What a great ride, the crew was very informative and passed their knowledge on to us, we saw sea lions, a bunch of common dolphin pods and best of all two blue whales. Don't miss cruising with Oceanside Adventures, you won't be sorry.

Oceanside Adventures Whale Watching Cruise is so much fun. It was very relaxing being out on the water and the staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local marine life. Even with our 10 month old and 2 year old it was a breeze and everyone had fun!
