The boat was well maintained clean and spacious enough for the number of passengers. We got to see two or three Grey Whales. Trip was over in about two and a half hours.

On a Sunday at noon, we left on a 2-hour whale-watch cruise from the Oceanside Harbor. It's fun to see all of the goings-on in the harbor and so, that makes it a fun trip to begin with. During the two hours on the cruise, we saw (or our guide told us we did) a Gray Whale with a newborn calf. Unfortunately, it was difficult to see anything since the mother whale stays under water when she has a calf and the cruise boat has to stay 300 yards from the whale for her safety. One of the three of us brought binoculars along, which is a must for trip like this--bring yours!

We really enjoyed our 2 hour cruise with Oceanside Adventures. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The bonus was seeing a pod of 8 - 10 grey whales and plenty of common dolphins swimming and playing alongside the boat! Thank you for an awesome day!
