We appreciated the buffet and service, but were surprised not to have a narrated tour, nor were there any visits to historical sites, as was advertised by Viator.
In addition, as Viator is a UK-based company, my bank charged a commission for a currency exchange, even though the payment was made in US dollars. I requested a refund from Viator, but they have refused.
Overall, I am not very pleased with Viator. It was the first time we used them for our activities in Boston, and will most likely be our last.
