We weren't able to board the ship because we couldn't find it. The Viator site address said Boston, Mass (plus zip). No street, no number. It showed a map and gave directions to a general area. I drilled down on the Viator site and found an address a 5-minute walk away. But when we got there a helpful stranger told us the ship didn't dock there. So we drilled down further to find information from a year ago saying where the ship would be.

All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Nice selection of for purchase drinks and appetizers. Pretty standard buffet selections but fresh and hot. Our group of 9 had no trouble finding items we liked. Nice, clean bathrooms. An option for seating away from the music for those that can’t do stairs and would like to chat while watching the sites would be nice. We would have appreciated more details on where to park and how to get to the boat location since we had a group member with limited mobility (contacting the company prior wasn’t really helpful). Construction at the pier and multiple levels of roads in the area made it challenging for us. I recommend targeting World Trade Center parking ramp and West pier to make it easier to get to the boat.

The day was beautiful, and the view was amazing. Waiters and waitresses were great and attentive. However, the food wasn't good at all. I was expecting better food quality. I only ate one third of my food, my family only ate a bit. The chicken was dry and the Samon was fishy. The arugula used in the salad was yellow, it did not look fresh. We were so disappointed with the food! We still had fun because we were together as a family and enjoyed each other. I hope Odyssey Cruises can improve the dining experience in the future.
