Great overall trip with Marcus and Dylan! Amazing hike and falls views to pair with a couple wineries. Marcus and Dylan were exceptional hosts and very flexible to meet our needs. Check it out!

I would have left 0 stars if the app would let me. The guide I formed me we were too far away for pick up, I asked where to meet him, he told me. It's an outlet mall and I don't want ro leave my car in a mall parking lot for 10 hours. I called him. He told me I was shady because I was staying in McMinville and he was thinking of canceling the tour because we were the only ones booked on it. He told me to just go myself and HUNG UP ON ME. $360 ??? For a guy that talks to strangers like that and cancels their trip that they've had planned for almost a year????? BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.

Yvette, I never used the word "shady" in our conversation. That was your choice of words. I stated that your plan to follow us in your vehicle was "sketchy", as it would have been a liability issue for us if you drove away from the wineries in your vehicle, at which point you became belligerent. You were an hour outside of our pickup area, which is clear to see if you actually read what you are booking. Furthermore, we require a minimum of 3 travelers to run this tour, and with the 2 of you we were under limit. In addition to that, it would have been the guide's first time guiding this tour on his own, and I wasn't going to put him in a position where he was violating our own policies. I don't appreciate people who try to bully us out of our own policies, and mischaracterize the exchange we had. I refunded you immediately after our phone conversation, so that is a lie as well. I'll just say that it reflects poorly on TripAdvisor that they are allowing a slanderous review to stay posted.

Silver Falls was beautiful. We really enjoyed the hike and, Marcus our guide, did a great job explaining the history of the area. Great day trip!
