The drive up to the Caribou Crossing in the Yukon was full of breathtaking views of the vast nature along the north eastern tip of BC Canada and the southern part of the Yukon. The best part was the knowledge and enthusiasm of the driver Bryan Terrell. His own story was very inspiring, in terms of how he came to live in Skagway. The info he shared of Skagway (best k-12 school in AK) made me want to move my family up there. Skagway was my favorite town of the 3 Alaskan stops we made on the Ruby Princess cruise in the first week of August, mostly because of the culture that I learned of from Bryan. I love the fact that there is no crime, and that everyone knows everyone, literally. Thank you for the amazing excursion to the Dog Sledding site. It was so awesome learning about the Iditarod races (1,000 mile race in the snow). The race dog puppies were beyond cute! I highly recommend this tour!

My wife, granddaughter and I signed up for this tour to experience a dog sled mushing experience at a musher's summer training camp. The dog mushing part of the trip was wonderful, but we got so much more. Our guide, Brian, was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and personable. He gave us a great feel for the area, how the residents cope during harsh winters, and exuded his love for the environment. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day that all of us highly recommend.

Great tour. Loved seeing how excited and crazy the dogs got. They all wanted to pull the "sled". They were barking and carrying on trying to get picked to go. So much fun to see them at work.
