Skip the Line: General Admission Webb Military Museum Ticket

Overview
This museum is all about military history on a personal level and is a collection of military artifacts that I started collecting over 40 years ago. We own many items but the select items we feature in this museum are ones with a story to tell. When our visitors leave the museum, it is our hope that they will have a new found attachment to the individuals who wore the uniforms, hats and medals.

The collection at this little museum is amazing. Mr. Webb has amassed such a large collection of military items and it is incredible to see. He was the only one in the museum the day I stopped by, and I had a wonderful conversation with him as well and he seems like a very cool guy who is clearly passionate about history. My favorite item and story in the entire museum was his mother's gas mask that she used in WWII because there was a very personal item for him and because of that it becomes very personal to everyone who visits. That said, however, I did leave feeling a bit underwhelmed. The collection was incredible, but I do wish there had been a bit more interpretation. Some items had signs beside them, but a lot of other stuff was just on display. I would have liked to have known a little better what I was looking at, especially for the wars I wasn't as familiar with. Still an amazing collection and a nice little museum. If you have some time, love military history, or if it's just to hot or rainy, I'd recommend stopping by and taking a look.

A great stop! We were greeted by the owner who couldn’t have been nicer... and more excited about his collection. The museum is soldier focused... regardless of their “side” on the event. It was so interesting to see the personal items of the soldiers. Very moving. All “sides” of the conflicts are represented which added a human element I hadn’t experienced before. Can’t emphasis enough that you will enjoy even if you’re not into military history/museum. This is really a people museum.
