The views are spectacular, but they don't worry about the windows being clean, nor about the reflections that kill the photos. The entire observatory is closed, although WTC is better positioned, I recommend going to EDGE more

The views from the 100th floor are magnificent, but the price of the entrance ticket (with a forced sale at the shop or restaurant) is prohibitive.
