The aquarium is an awesome place to visit. This is our third time visiting and probably the least favorite. It might be because we went on a Saturday and despite picking a time to visit, the aquarium was crowded and the food lines were unreal. There were so many rude and ignorant visitors that didn't follow any of the rules for petting the critters. Some people are just stupid if they think they can lift their child over a wall with the kid in the water up to their elbows. The exhibits were so pretty and the splash pool was so cool for little kids. Next time I think I will visit another aquarium

My travel to FL took longer than expected. I wanted to see if I could use my ticket for the next day and your office no. Which is really disappointing. I’m sure you have many customers who travels are delayed somehow and your does really care about that. As long as you guys got payed…screw the customer. I will NEVER BOOK THROUGH YOU GUYS AGAIN!

I hadn't been to visit the Aquarium in quite some time. There were no problems other than it was quite noisy with the school field trips. But it was just as exciting! Penguins were limited to see but all-in-all, it was a nice day!
