We know almost everyone is a puppy lover! Get ready to ride with a team of 16 powerful huskies many of which are veterans of the Iditarod! This is how their mushers keep them in shape during the summer season. And afterwards, you'll cuddle with adorable Alaskan Husky puppies that will one day grow up to be sled dogs themselves! We will meet you at the base of the Mt. Roberts Tram. We will be standing where the cables come out of the building.

OMG!!! So fun!!! The sled ride was very fun and amazing!!!! These dogs are great athletes. You get to meet your sled dogs, learn all about racing dogs in the Iditarod and a bit of history. Meeting puppies was fantastic! They melted my heart. Amazing, friendly staff!!!! DO THIS TOUR!!!!! Worth every penny.

It wasn't quite what I expected but it was an overall good tour and I would probably return. It's probably a 30min drive or so from downtown to the location on Douglas Island. Once you arrive you're assigned to a musher and a team of dogs for a ride on their course. The animals are beautiful, friendly and well cared for. Then you take in some of the scenery on their hanging bridge before sitting through an informative speech on the history of mushers, some of the races that still go on today, the equipment used, etc. This is then followed by my favorite part which was being able to see and hold the puppies.

The dogs and staff were just amazing.If you go to Juneau don't miss.Without a doubt the best experience of our whole cruise.The price was right too.
