We booked several weeks in advance, we received an advice note stating weather was going to maybe cause concern, we replied immediately offering to tour earlier without response, at arriving at the stand at 11.30, there was no representatives although small sign stating 6 places at 12.00 , other stand holders and us tried repeatedly to contact the operator with no response, but we did hear a party of 5 leave a message asking for a tour, miraculously a trip became available at 12.45 with one space. The owner showed no loyalty to a prior booking he should have honored and dropped us without a touch of conscience, I recommend you steer well clear of this selfish one man band.

I'm sorry you still feel bitter about my cancelling your tour. I gave you an advance update that your 2:30 tour may be cancelled due to a severe wind warning later in the afternoon making it to unsafe to conduct a small boat tour. Yes, the weather held out long enough to allow me to conduct two earlier tours which I definitely would have invited the two of you to join if I had room; however, I can only take 6 passenger and I only had 1 seat available. When I contacted you the morning of the planned tour, you did not offer to go on an earlier tour. As far as my advertisement sign goes, I'm a small one man business and am not always able to be present at my sign to update my tour times when I'm out conducting tours. You were advised the tour was going to be cancelled and given a full refund. Ultimately, the safety of my guest is at the forefront of my business, and I will not waiver.

**10/10 Experience! Unforgettable Wildlife Tour in Sitka** We disembarked from our cruise ship without any plans and hopped on a shuttle bus to town. As soon as we arrived, we saw signs for various tours and decided to go with **Sitka Nautical Tours**. It was one of the best spontaneous decisions we made! The price was very reasonable, especially compared to the cruise ship options, and the small group size (only 3 people) made the tour feel intimate and personalized. Captain Brad was fantasticā€”friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the area. He shared so much information about the local wildlife and environment, making the experience even more engaging. His expertise really stood out, and his laid-back but professional attitude made the tour both relaxing and informative. The wildlife we encountered was nothing short of incredible. We saw everything from whales, otters, and seals to eagles and spawning salmon. But the highlight of the tour was witnessing a brown bear sow and her cub down by the river, feeding. We watched them for a good 15ā€“20 minutes in absolute awe. This tour was the perfect way to experience the natural beauty and wildlife of Sitka, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Alaskan adventure. Thanks again, Captain Brad, for an unforgettable experience!

Our captain, Brad, did a great job getting us around the waters to see all the wildlife and memorable views. Departure time and arrival time were prompt and we had plenty of time to get back to our ship. Great experience as I would highly recommend this excursion.
